Warranty and Return

 

Wraith Fabrication warrants the frame and rigid fork of each new bicycle and frameset to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the bicycle. This warranty applies only to bicycles and framesets purchased new, and assembled by, a Bicycle Retailer.

Unless otherwise provided, the sole remedy under the above warranty, or any implied warranty, is limited to the replacement of defective parts with those of equal or greater value at the sole discretion of Wraith Fabrication LLC. Unless within the free 60-day repair labor period, you will be responsible for labor costs associated with warranty replacements. IN NO EVENT SHALL WRAITH FABRICATION LLC. BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR ECONOMIC LOSSES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. THE ABOVE WARRANTY, OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, DOES NOT COVER NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR. ALL WARRANTIES ARE VOID IF THE BICYCLE IS MODIFIED FROM ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION OR THE BICYCLE IS USED FOR OTHER THAN NORMAL ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, USING THE BICYCLE FOR COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES OR IN COMPETITIVE EVENTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO BICYCLE RACING, BICYCLE MOTOCROSS RACING, STUNT RIDING, RAMP JUMPING OR SIMILAR ACTIVITIES, AND TRAINING FOR SUCH ACTIVITIES OR EVENTS. WRAITH FABRICATION LLC MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THAT OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES STATED ABOVE. BICYCLE DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. IF PARTS ARE BOLTED TO THE BICYCLE FRAME OR FORK RESULTING IN FINISH IMPERFECTIONS A REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Tracking Your Order


When can you track your shipped order?
At our shop, tracking numbers are assigned to packages upon shipment and generally appear on an email that we will send you after your order has shipped. However, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the shippers tracking system and available for tracking. That means even though your package has already shipped from our shop and is on its way to you, the shipper may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours or more.

Occasionally, orders are delivered via a carrier that does not offer the ability to track a package. In these rare instances, the email to you confirming the shipment of your order will not offer tracking information, but will still offer order status and other details. Read the information provided below on this page to learn the difference between tracking information and the order status.

Finding your order status
The status of your order is easy to find.

  1. Check your e-mail. You were required to enter an e-mail address during Checkout; you will receive an e-mail at your address when your order ships. The tracking number, if available, will be in the email.
  2. Check your account. Log into your account and select "View orders I have made."
  3. Contact us. If you still have questions about your order, please contact us via e-mail at a.west at wraithfabrication dot com .

How is order status different from tracking information?
The status of your order is supplied by Wraith Fabrication and represents what is happening with your order between the time you place it and the time it ships from our shop. Once your order leaves our shop, it is handled by a shipper that may provide tracking information on their website until your order is delivered*. The tracking information is accessible from the email you receive confirming the shipment of your order.

*Tracking information may not be available for up to 48 hours after an item is shipped from our warehouse.

Changing or Canceling Your Order

After you have clicked "Confirm Order" during the check out process, your order begins to process and you cannot cancel or change your order. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

When your order is delivered you should immediately inspect the carton for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. Carefully inspect the packaging as well as the contents of the package. It is normal for the carton to show some wear; however, if damage did occur follow these steps:

Accept the package only if after inspection product is acceptable, but make a note of any damage on the shipping receipt, sign and date it. The delivery person should also sign the slip and leave a copy for your records.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, e-mail Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail, the reason for requesting a return as well as your e-mail address and phone number. A member of Wraith Fabrication will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. Following evaluation, Wraith Fabrication will provide you with a Return Authorization Number as well as address for return. No product will be accepted with out a Return Authorization. You will be refunded shipping charges on those approved returns for items that arrived to you defective or damaged or a result of our shipping error. You will not be refunded shipping if you decide to return merchandise. 

If there is extensive damage to the carton and product upon delivery, refuse the delivery and contact Wraith Fabrication. Please provide your order number and relevant information in your email.

Credit

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.

You will be refunded the original shipping cost if the return is a result of damaged product, a manufacturer defect or a shipping error on our part.
